Printed Works Delivery Information and Returns Policy:

Our printed products are entirely made to order. Please note that our standard delivery timeframe is 3-6 working days from the date of your order.

Please take a moment to review our Returns/Refund Policy for our printed products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement:

Because our product is made to order, we can only accept returns in cases where the item is damaged or faulty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or a defect, we cannot accommodate returns.

In the case of damaged items we will need to be provided with photographs of both the package the goods arrived in, and the damaged product itself so we can take up the issue with the designated courier. 

2. Return Window:

You may initiate a return or replacement for damaged or faulty items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Return Process:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team on either live chat or on faulty@unfollow.gallery within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the item, and details about the damage or defect.
  • Attach a clear photograph that shows the damage or defect and the packaging it arrived in. This will help us assess the issue accurately.

5. Exceptions on made to order

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items, in the case of a faulty item we would offer a replacement.
